The Electronic Journal of Practical Project Management

It is intended to publish a series of articles dealing with practical project management topics under the general heading of 'The e-journal of Practical Project Management'. These articles will be submitted by the members, they will be reviewed, categorised and published to give a long-term reference bank.

The process for accepting and publishing a paper for the journal will be as follows:

1. Prospective authors should submit a 500 word proposal to the GMEC panel outlining the scope of the paper, identifying the practical value  of its content and indicating the key words appropriate to it (see key words a from the Glossary of terms) and planned date for submission.
2. The GMEC panel will respond within 2 weeks, indicating if the paper is likely to be accepted or not
3. The author submits the paper, it will be reviewed by the GMEC panel and, if accepted, published in the electronic journal within 3 weeks.  If the paper is not accepted it will be returned, either completely rejected or with a request for modofication and re-submission. 
4. Accepted papers will be displayed until the GMEC panel considers that they are no longer valid or are superceded by a much better paper on the same topic.
